Tom McDonnell has served as LeFleur President since 1990. Tom is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company along with mergers/acquisitions and business development. Beginning with a small limousine service, he has overseen the growth of LeFleur to a full service passenger transportation company operating hundreds of vehicles in multiple states.

Tom also serves as Co-CEO for Franchise Services of North America, Inc.(TSXV:FSN), a publicly traded franchise holding company with over 1,100 stores across North America. Franchise Services primary focus is in the car rental industry where the company operates multiple brands involving more than 20,000 vehicles nationwide. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi.

Mike Ford joined LeFleur as Chief Financial Officer in 1999. His role has expanded to direction of day-to-day operations for Lefleur. This includes management of accounting, risk management and human resources. He also works closely with other departments to identify new business opportunities, manage existing client relationships and ensure our operations are efficient and safe.

Prior to joining LeFleur, Mike spent ten years in public and private accounting and five years with a fixed income investment management firm. Mike has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Millsaps College and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1984.

Darius is currently responsible for all LeFleur operations. His territory spans our largest geographic area and also serves multiple contracts with state government, brokers, and private entities. The mix of requirements, terrain, culture and staff demand a focused, hard working visionary such as Darius.

Darius has been with LeFleur since June of 1998. After successfully directing operations in Mississippi for three years, he moved to Texas to oversee LeFleur's expansion. He was instrumental in obtaining our contracts and building the operational infrastructure for the opening of this large operation. In addition to his business experience, Darius also draws from a career in the military where his dedication and commitment earned numerous accolades.

Sharon Nadalich joined LeFleur Transportation as Controller in 2000. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a degree in Accounting. Sharon is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute for Certified Public Accountants and the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants. She has more than twenty years combined experience in public and private accounting.

Jamie has full responsibility for the technology infrastructure at LeFleur. He cultivated creative problem solving skills while obtaining a degree in Music Performance from the University of Louisiana, Lafayette. Jamie joined the LeFleur staff in 2002 as a Fleet Manager and has been involved in numerous aspects of the company.

Over the last three years, Jamie has overseen the integration of sophisticated logistics technology in all LeFleur offices. After forming a relationship with Trapeze Software, he guided the BETA testing of MT, a new Trapeze product specifically designed to manage Medical Transportation. His efforts have streamlined operations and created a more data intensive business environment.

John Kubala joined LeFleur Transportation in 2008 with over thirty years of transportation experience. John is the principal HR/Safety executive overseeing the development and implementation of institutional human resource management programs, policies, and procedures to assure a safe and productive workforce. Prior to LeFleur, John worked for two fortune 10 Motor Carriers and was an investigator with the Federal MCSAP program. John is a Certified Director of Safety (CDS), Certified Human Resource Manager (CHRM), and Certified Risk Manager (CRM)

Steve joined LeFleur in 2003 with the task of developing private contracts and diversifying LeFleur’s scope of service. He has 18 years in financial business development and sales, supported by a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Millsaps College. Steve has done a superb job in developing marketing tools that are instrumental in his management of LeFleur’s sales force, from one-on-one sales meetings to presenting at large trade conferences. LeFleur’s private sector business has shown growth each year Steve has headed the private sales efforts.
