Tom McDonnell has served as President of LeFleur Transportation since we opened our doors in 1993. He is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company along with mergers/acquisitions and business development. Beginning with a small limousine service, he has overseen the growth of LeFleur to a full-service passenger transportation company operating hundreds of vehicles in multiple states.
Tom also serves as CO-CEO for Franchise Services of North America, Inc. (TSXV:FSN), a publicly traded franchise holding company with over 1,100 stores across North America. Franchise Services primary focus is in the car rental industry where the company operates multiple brands involving more than 20,000 vehicles nationwide. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi.
Mike Ford joined LeFleur Transportation as Chief Financial Officer in 1999. Since then, his role has expanded to include the direction of day-to-day operations for the company. His duties include the management of accounting, risk management and human resources. He also works closely with other departments to identify new business opportunities, manage existing client relationships and ensure that our operations are safe and efficient.
Prior to joining LeFleur, Mike spent ten years in public and private accounting and five years with a fixed-income investment management firm. Mike has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Millsaps College and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1984.
Director of Operations
Darius is currently responsible for all LeFleur Transportation operations. His territory spans our largest geographic area and also serves multiple contracts with state governments, brokers and private entities. The unique mix of requirements, terrain, culture and staff demand a focused, hard-working visionary such as Darius.
Darius has been with LeFleur Transportation since June of 1998. After successfully directing operations in Mississippi for three years, he moved to Texas to oversee a company expansion. He was instrumental in obtaining contracts and building the operational infrastructure necessary for the opening of this new large operation. In addition to his business experience, Darius also draws from a career in the Marine Corps where his dedication and commitment earned him numerous accolades.
Sharon Nadalich joined LeFleur Transportation as Controller in 2000. Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a degree in Accounting, Sharon is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute for Certified Public Accountants and the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants. She puts more than twenty years combined experience in public and private accounting to work for LeFleur Transportation.
Director of Information Technology
Jamie has managed LeFleur's technology systems since 2002, overseeing our entire IT infrastructure, including computer hardware, software and data and voice communications.
In 2004, LeFleur formed a relationship with Trapeze Software Inc., a company which sets the industry standard in the development, installation and customization of scheduling, routing and reporting software related to passenger transportation. Jamie has been instrumental in providing on the ground feedback to assist Trapeze in the development of two cutting edge technology products—Trapeze MT and MDT™ (Mobile Data Terminal). Jamie's efforts have streamlined LeFleur operations and created a more data-intensive business environment, further ensuring our ability to provide safe, on-time transportation services and accurate reporting to our clients. .
Director of Safety and Human Resources
John Kubala joined LeFleur Transportation in 2008 with more than thirty years of transportation experience. John is the principal HR/Safety executive overseeing the development and implementation of institutional human resource management programs, policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive workforce.
Prior to joining LeFleur Transportation, John worked for two fortune 10 Motor Carriers and was an investigator with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Assistance Program (MCSAP). John is a Certified Director of Safety (CDS), Certified Human Resource Manager (CHRM), and Certified Risk Manager (CRM).
Director of Business Development
Steve Buckner joined LeFleur Transportation in 2003 with the task of developing private contracts and diversifying the company's scope of service. He has more than 20 years of experience in financial business development and sales, supported by a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Millsaps College.
